Form submissions are routed to our internal lead system and to the email accounts of the team members responsible for response. We use your contact information only to respond to your request and complete the work you've asked us to do. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Insurance documentation — moisture readings, photos, and scope reports — may be shared with your insurance carrier when we are billing the carrier directly on your behalf, with your consent.

Data Retention

We retain client records for the period required to complete the work, support warranty claims, and meet our regulatory and tax obligations. Form submissions from prospective clients are retained in our lead system for normal business follow-up purposes and may be deleted on request.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion. Email [email protected] with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Internal records are stored on access-controlled cloud services (Google Workspace). We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure — but we treat client data the way we'd want our own treated.
